Moravian Academy Celebrates NJHS Inductees for Excellence in Scholarship and Service
On May 14th, Moravian Academy proudly welcomed a new cohort of student leaders into the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS). The induction ceremony recognized a group of outstanding 7th and 8th grade students who exemplify the NJHS’s five pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship.
Membership in the NJHS is a significant achievement, reserved for students who demonstrate excellence both in and out of the classroom. These Moravian Academy students have shown deep dedication to their school community through active participation in student council, clubs, extracurricular programs, and event planning. Their leadership extends beyond campus as well—many are committed to pursuits in sports, music, visual arts, and religious organizations, balancing these interests with a strong academic record.
Perhaps most notably, our inductees have embraced a spirit of service, giving their time and energy to support others. Whether assisting at childcare centers or volunteering at local food banks, these students are making a meaningful difference in the broader community. Their actions reflect not only their personal values but also the mission and spirit of Moravian Academy.
We couldn’t be more proud of these young leaders. Congratulations to each of our inductees for this well-earned honor and for their continued contributions to our community.
