    Estate Planning Seminar

Held in Classrooms 1 and 2 in the Athletic and Wellness Center
Life is full of "What Ifs." Get answers to your questions about how best to be prepared through your estate plan.

Join us for a free estate planning seminar with local estate planning attorney Douglas Jon Tkacik at the Athletic and Wellness Center on the Merle-Smith Campus, 4313 Green Pond Road.

Mr. Tkakic asks the thought provoking question What would you be doing today if your life suddenly changed months ago?” Tkacik will explore the questions about probate, estate planning, and what does and does not pass through a Will.

Mr. Tkacik has been practicing law since 1992 and concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, and civil litigation. A lifelong resident of Bethlehem, Tkacik earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Lehigh University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. He later earned the Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University. Mr. Tkacik served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable James C. Hogan, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County before opening his private practice.

The session is open to the Moravian Academy community. Seating is limited and registration is required.

We seek to promote the child's full development in mind, body, and spirit. Since 1742 the school has encouraged sound innovations to meet contemporary challenges while recognizing the permanence of basic human values.
