Announcing Mr. Anthony Green as Varsity Boys’ Head Basketball Coach

Moravian Academy is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anthony Green as our new Varsity Boys’ Basketball Head Coach.

Coach Green brings to Moravian Academy an impressive background in basketball coaching, player development, and mentorship, with extensive experience leading collegiate, high school, and AAU programs. Most recently, he served as Head Coach for the women’s basketball program at Bloomfield College, where he led the team to a USCAA National Championship during the 2025–2026 season. Throughout his coaching career, Coach Green has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court.

In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Coach Green has worked extensively with youth and high school athletes through East Penn Impact and as Director of the POISE Basketball Club. He is highly regarded for his ability to build strong team culture, develop individual talent, and mentor student-athletes in leadership, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. His passion for community engagement and character development aligns closely with the mission and values of Moravian Academy.

Coach Green’s broad experience in player training, film analysis, and program leadership will bring tremendous energy and vision to our basketball program. We are excited for the positive impact he will have on our student-athletes and the broader Moravian Academy community.
