Moravian Academy Presents on Student Transition Strategies at EMA Conference

Kevin DeCusatis & Ingrid Gerber
Last week, Director of Admissions for the Historic Downtown Campus, Kevin DeCusatis and Director of Admissions for the Merle-Smith Campus, Ingrid Gerber, proudly represented Moravian Academy at the prestigious Enrollment Management Association (EMA) Conference. EMA is a national organization that supports K-12 independent school enrollment managers and admissions professionals. This year's conference brought together over 1,600 attendees from 48 states and a wide range of countries.

During their presentation, Mrs. Gerber and Mr. DeCusatis highlighted the vital role of transition events in fostering healthy enrollment, focusing on key transitions from fifth to sixth grade and eighth to ninth grade. They shared both the rich history and innovative strategies Moravian Academy is implementing to ensure a smooth and supportive journey for students moving between divisions.
