39 Upper School students participated in the Model
UN Conference in Philadelphia this year, competing against 2200
other students from around the globe. We received three awards,
including two verbal commendations as the outstanding delegates
for Indonesia and Senegal, and one Honorable Mention for work on
the Greco-Persian Historical Committee. Two of the UPenn
students who helped organize this prestigious event are Moravian
Academy alumni: Christine Buzzard '06 (pictured, bottom right)
and Aman Shah '05 (pictured, below). Congratulations to this
