Students and faculty have access to the following resources: nonfiction material providing general coverage of a variety of subjects; reference material used for research work; professional material; periodicals and periodical indexes; newspapers; college-related materials and databases and internet access.

Services to the students include orientation to the library and its services, instruction and encouragement in the use  of library and research material and instruction in the use of internet and online databases.

The Upper School participates in the ACCESS PA POWER Library project which offers internet access to an unprecedented number of information resources.

Ask Here PA, Pennsylvania ’s new statewide virtual reference service began as of September 6th.  Part of the Initiative’s mission is to operate a state-of-the-art reference / information service, available to every resident of Pennsylvania , providing reliable information in response to questions of any kind.

Utilizing live chat along with the ability to guide users on the Web, librarians throughout Pennsylvania are able to provide patrons with answers to their questions online in real-time.  All that patrons need is access to the Internet and questions that they want answered.

By sharing a system and pooling resources and expertise, the cooperative system will enable libraries to offer a service that most could not provide independently.
